I absolutely love these tortillas. I use them in place of bread, buns, etc. cassava is high in carbs, but ultimately for me the fact that these have minimal ingredients and are sent freshly made, is why I will continue to purchase them. They freeze really well so they last me a while.

This is hands down the best gluten-free tortilla! It wraps so great, and does not fall apart! And it tastes really great too :) I know this is going to sound dramatic but as a former foodie who was given a diet and lifestyle changing health diagnosis I have been searching to find some normalcy in my products.
