FOR DTC (DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER) CUSTOMERS

We offer $11.99 flat-rate 2-Day Shipping via FedEx or UPS anywhere in the U.S. — no minimum required. To ensure freshness, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Tuesday will ship the following week to avoid weekend delays. This policy applies only to purchases made through our online shop.

FOR B2B (WHOLESALE) CUSTOMERS

We ship Monday through Wednesday to maintain freshness and avoid weekend transit delays. Orders placed by end of day Thursday will ship the following Monday through Wednesday. Shipping rates for B2B accounts are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order size. Please note: The $11.99 flat-rate shipping offered to DTC customers does not apply to B2B accounts.

A NOTE ON SHIPPING FRESH TORTILLAS

All orders are packed with an ice pack to help maintain freshness. It’s normal for the ice pack to arrive thawed and for the tortillas to be at or near room temperature upon delivery — they are still perfectly safe to consume. To preserve freshness and maximize shelf life, please refrigerate or freeze your tortillas immediately upon arrival.
